Delivery Information
We guarantee that all products shipped from Kynex Sdn Bhd will reach our customers in good condition. In case of a lost or damaged parcel, we will take full responsibility and compensate you with a new shipment or full refund!
Upon shipment, we will notify you with a tracking number(s), if you do not receive your goods within 7 calendar days upon shipment, or product received in faulty or damaged condition, kindly contact us at customer service at 012-833 2264 or mail us support@kynexhealth.com during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) . Office is closed on public holidays.
For item(s) “In-Stock”, each day, when order and payment is received before the cut off time 2.00pm Malaysia time, we will ship out within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery by courier normally take 2 to 7 calendar days depending on the delivery location. We will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact us if you did not receive your courier parcel order within 14 calendar (after a lapse of 7 calendar days, after shipment notification) ) days after shipment advised. We are not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a calendar month (30 days) from shipped date.
All shipping dates are on working days (Monday to Friday) , excludes public holidays. Courier (express) and postal services within Malaysia may only provide services half day on Saturday.
However, the state of Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor observe a Friday – Saturday weekend, though in Johor many private businesses and banks observe the Saturday-Sunday weekend. In states and territories with a Saturday-Sunday weekend, if a public holiday falls on Sunday, is substituted by a holiday on Monday (or the next working day, if Monday itself is a public holiday). In Johor and Kedah, a public holiday that falls on Friday is replaced by Sunday or the next working day, while Kelantan and Terengganu, a public holiday that falls on Saturday is replaced by Sunday or the next working day.
SHIPPING
We can ship to any address within Malaysia using GD Express , CITY-LINK Express, Pgeon, Asia One Express and Post Laju Malaysia depending on the location and the type of goods (purchase) made. All express couriers cannot ship to P.O.BOX address , high security premises or incomplete address.
A flat rate of RM12.00 shipping charge for within Malaysia. For express service request, an additional shipping charge will apply accordingly depending to the location and nature of item(s) purchased.
INSURANCE
All purchases are being insured. Online purchasers do not require to make any additional or special shipping insurance.

Upon parcel is shipped out, we will send customer a tracking link via email and Whatsapp.
